I'm finding my way around it slowly but surely! I've never used another camera but I'm pretty sure I like this one :D any tips?

Not many tips really, it's a good camera for learning with. If you want to get creative try getting a reading for shutter speed and aperature in one of the auto modes and then switch to manual and try changing the shutter speed and aperature up and down a bit to see how it affects the outcome. Quickest way to learn I found:)
